Help us congratulate Conway Corp Environmental Coordinator Zach Gardner, who recently earned his Basic Industrial Wastewater Treatment License after passing the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality exam!
The certification will help strengthen Conway Corp’s industrial pre-treatment program and ensure continued compliance with Environmental Protection Agency regulations.
“This will allow us to better manage our Industrial Pretreatment Program and understand the regulatory requirements set forth by the EPA,” Conway Corp Water Systems Manager Lee Tedford said.
Zach earned the license after successfully completing the required coursework, which included 16 hours of classes and passing the required examination administered through the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality.
He joined Conway Corp in September 2023 as a Damage Prevention Technician. He was promoted to his current role in December 2025.
