If you have a service outage, please report it by calling 501-450-6000 or filling out the form below.
If you call outside of normal business hours – Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. – follow the phone prompts to report. If you have a safety emergency, you can choose to speak to a live representative 24 hours a day.
Please do not report outages or safety emergencies via email or social media. While we ask you to not report outages via social media, you can find updated outage information on our Facebook.
Providing reliable service is one of our top priorities. However, natural occurrences like trees and animals coming into contact with electrical equipment cause more than half the outages that occur. In the event of an outage, Conway Corp personnel are hard at work getting power restored as quickly and safely as possible.
If you see a street light in the Conway Corp service area that flickers or is completely out, let us know by emailing us or calling 501-450-6000. Please provide as much detail as possible concerning the location of the light.
