Conway Corp recently announced Jason Fleming was promoted to Lead Telecom Maintenance Technician.
In his new role, Jason will oversee daily telecommunications maintenance operations, coordinate field activities, assist with troubleshooting and service restoration efforts and provide leadership and support to the telecommunications maintenance team.
“Jason has consistently demonstrated technical expertise, dedication and a strong commitment to serving our customers,” Conway Corp Telecom Maintenance Senior Foreman Brent Garren said. “His experience and leadership make him an excellent fit for this position, and we are excited to see him continue to grow within our department.”
Jason began his career with Conway Corp as a CATV installer trainee in October 2012. During his time at Conway Corp, he has passed several courses, including the digital installer program in July 2013, the installer program in July 2014, the broadband premises expert program in July 2015, the business class services specialist program in August 2016 and the broadband distribution specialist training program in April 2018.
He was promoted to telecom maintenance technician 3 in September 2021 and promoted to telecom maintenance technician 4 in March 2023.
