Help us congratulate our Training Coordinator Alicia Francis, who recently earned her Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification!
The SHRM-CP program equips participants with the skills and strategies needed to foster growth, drive performance and empower individuals in their professional journeys. By earning this certification, Francis has demonstrated her commitment to professional excellence and her dedication to supporting and developing others.

Last year, Alicia also earned her Birkman Certified Professional certification, further strengthening her ability to support employee development, leadership growth and team effectiveness.
Alicia began her career at Conway Corp in June 2023.
