Conway Corp recently announced Keith Meng was promoted to wastewater treatment plant operator after successfully completing the company’s three-year wastewater treatment plant operator apprenticeship program.
The apprenticeship program provides employees with hands-on experience and technical training to develop the knowledge and skills needed to safely and effectively operate a wastewater treatment facility.
“Completing the three-year apprenticeship is a significant accomplishment and reflects Keith’s commitment to learning and growing as an operator,” Conway Corp Water Systems Manager Lee Tedford said. “We are proud of the work he has put into developing his skills, and I look forward to seeing him continue to grow and contribute to our team.”
Keith also earned his Class I Wastewater Treatment certification from the Arkansas Department of Health in April 2024, demonstrating his knowledge of wastewater treatment operations and processes.
He began his Conway Corp career as a plant operator apprentice in August 2023.
