Conway Corp Plant Operator Apprentice Blaine Anible earned his Class II wastewater treatment license from the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality.
Blaine works at the Tupelo Bayou Wastewater Treatment Plant. Prior to joining the company, he earned his Class I wastewater treatment license, laying the foundation for continued success in the utility field.
The Class II license is awarded to individuals who meet specific training and experience requirements, including holding a Class I license, completing 80 hours of approved training, acquiring two years of experience in wastewater treatment or a related field, passing a comprehensive examination and demonstrating effective performance in the responsibilities of a Class I operator.
“Blaine has shown great initiative and an exceptional ability to learn by meeting this goal,” Conway Corp Wastewater Plant Superintendent Kody Miller said. “This is a great step in his career in wastewater treatment, and I look forward to seeing him grow toward the next.”
He began his career with Conway Corp in October 2024.
Congratulations, Blaine!
