Congratulations to Jason Schaal on his recent promotion to Telecom Training Coordinator in our Cable Telecommunication Systems Department! 🎉🎉🎉
In his new role, Jason will help plan and develop training courses for the cable department to ensure all employees receive proper skill development.
Cable Telecommunication Systems Manager Tommy Nolen said Jason was ideal for the position as he has worked in all different levels and areas in the industry over the past 20 years.
“Jason has a gift for understanding how things work, a desire to do things right and the ambition and determination to see things through to success,” Tommy said. “The telecommunications department is ever evolving and changing as our customers’ needs change. This requires constant training to stay ahead of industry trends. Jason understands this demand and has the tenacity to embrace this challenge, and I am excited to watch Jason in this new position.”
Jason began his career with Conway Corp in October 2008 as a cable service technician. He was previously promoted to telecom maintenance foreman in October 2021.
