The water minimum monthly consumption charge for all classes is 1,000 gallons. All rates posted are representations of the approved rates. Any discrepancy between those posted on the website and actual approved rate documents will be resolved in favor of the approved rate documents.

Conway Water System (PWS 189) has completed a comprehensive inventory of all service lines within the water system as required by the EPA’s Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR). After analysis of the water system and reviewing all obtainable records, no lead service line materials were found. All service lines therefore are classified as non-lead.
