We’re dedicated to exceeding customer expectations, and our telecommunications department was recently recognized for excellence in customer service from the Mid-America Cable Telecommunications Association.
Trouble Technician James Buggs and Installer Technician Scotty Hudgens were recognized with Five Star awards in the Service area.
Installer Technicians Aaron Julian and Robert McCray were honored with Four Star awards in the Service area.
Installer Technician Aaron Julian and Trouble Technicians Aaron Reynolds and Matthew Stephens were recognized for Five Star awards in the Extra Mile area.
“I am extremely proud of the work that these technicians do day in and day out,” Conway Corp Cable Telecommunication Systems Manager Tommy Nolen said. “I am not surprised when customers call in to compliment the quality work and customer service they provide.”

The Mid-America Cable Association is an industry association formed in 1958 to help telecommunication providers promote technical excellence, superior customer service, exemplary marketing and student scholarship. It includes cable telecommunications system operators in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Iowa, Arkansas and Texas.
The Customer Service Excellence Award program was established in 1986 to recognize and award customer care professional excellence in the cable television industry.
