Help us congratulate John Spotts and JP Wade on their recent promotions to Telecom Trouble Technician 3 in the cable department!
John was promoted to lead telecommunications construction technician. In this role, he will lead fellow technicians and continue to aid and assist in the construction and maintenance of Conway Corp’s telecommunication distribution systems.
Cable Telecommunication Systems Manager Tommy Nolen called Spotts a reliable leader.
“John has an exceptional work ethic and is always willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done,” Nolen said. “I am grateful for his leadership and am looking forward to watching him grow in this new leadership role.”
He began his career at Conway Corp in October 2018 as an installer trainee.
JP was promoted to telecom construction technician. In this role, he will continue to build and maintain construction lines to create and maintain efficient service.
“JP has an excellent work ethic and is dedicated to doing things right,” Nolen said. “He is constantly looking for ways to grow in knowledge, improve efficiencies and help the construction team perform.”
He started his career at Conway Corp in April 2023 as a telecom construction technician trainee.
