Help us celebrate Telecommunication Systems Senior Designer Mike Clements on his 30th anniversary at Conway Corp!
Mike was hired in April 1994 as a utility worker apprentice in the water department. In 1997, he transferred to the cable telecommunications then again in 2014 to the engineering department as a CATV/electric systems designer 1. He was promoted to telecommunications systems designer 2 in 2019 and to his current role in October 2023.
Telecommunication Systems Senior Engineering Tech Jeff Crownover said Mike has been a valuable member of the team.
“Mike’s years of experience and hands-on knowledge of our telecommunications plant make him a vital part of our team,” he said. “His work ethic and dedication to Conway Corp and our customers is an example for us all to follow. We applaud him on this milestone.”
