Help us congratulate Jeff Crownover, who graduated as one of 57 participants in the Conway Area Leadership Institute (CALI) Leadership Cohort Class of 2025, a ten-month program designed to develop informed, engaged leaders committed to strengthening the Conway area!
The Conway Area Leadership Institute, a program of the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce, provides participants with in-depth exposure to the community through monthly sessions focused on education, workforce development, economic development, healthcare, public safety, local government and quality-of-life planning. The curriculum is guided by Conway2035, the city’s long-range strategic plan, and emphasizes collaboration and civic engagement.
At Conway Corp, Jeff serves as a telecommunication systems senior engineering tech, supporting the planning, design and reliability of the company’s telecommunications infrastructure.

CALI brings together professionals from a wide range of industries to build leadership skills, broaden perspectives and foster meaningful connections across the community.
Jeff began his career with Conway Corp in October 2001 as a GIS data collection technician and was later promoted to telecommunication systems senior designer in the engineering department. He was promoted to his current role in January 2024.
