Help us congratulate Conway Corp Telecom Business Class Services Technician 1 Austin Clagett on recently earning his Broadband Fiber Installer 2.0 certification through the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE)!
The certification demonstrates Austin’s knowledge of fiber-optic technology, including installation practices, equipment, testing and troubleshooting. The training helps strengthen the technical skills needed to install and maintain fiber-optic networks that support reliable telecommunications services.

He began his Conway Corp career as an installer trainee in August 2023. He was promoted to telecom installer technician 1 in August 2024 before transitioning to his current role in February 2025.
