Conway Corp was recognized for excellence in customer service when four cable technology employees were recently awarded Customer Service Excellence (CSE) Awards during the 2024 Mid-America Cable Telecommunications Association awards webinar.
Telecom Installer Technician Nathan Hudgens was recognized with a Master Performance award in the Extra Mile area.
Telecom Installer Technicians Chad Sayers and Brett Taylor were honored with Superior Performance awards in the Service area.
Telecom Installer Technician Austin Clagett was recognized with a Master Performance award in the Service area.

They all go above and beyond to ensure the needs of the customers are met with excellence. These awards are a testament to the integrity and commitment these techs have for their work, our customers and our company as a whole.”
The Customer Service Excellence Award program was established by cable television professionals in 1986 to recognize and award professional excellence in the cable television industry.
The Mid-America Cable Telecommunications Association is an industry association formed in 1958 to help telecommunication providers promote technical excellence, superior customer service, exemplary marketing and student scholarship. It includes cable telecommunications system operators in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Iowa, Arkansas and Texas.
