Conway Corp was recognized by the American Public Power Association (APPA) with a 2025 Silver Public Power Customer Satisfaction Award, honoring the utility’s exceptional service and commitment to the Conway community.
The recognition is based on results from the Public Power Data Source (PPDS) Customer Satisfaction Survey, which evaluates utilities nationwide in key areas such as reliability, communication and overall customer satisfaction.
“This is truly an award that can shared by every Conway Corp employee,” Conway Corp CEO Bret Carroll said. “Customer Satisfaction is not just something that we pay lip-service to; we emphasize its importance and then hire and train people who put it into practice every day. This one means a lot.”
The GreatBlue Research team, which administers the survey, developed custom scorecards for each participating utility comparing results at statewide, regional and national levels. Conway Corp’s 2025 results exceeded all three benchmarks in nearly every major category, demonstrating consistent excellence in service and customer satisfaction.
Among the results, Conway Corp achieved:
- 94.3 percent for providing consistent and reliable electric service (compared to 76.7 percent statewide and 74.7 percent nationally)
- 94.0 percent for restoring power after outages promptly (compared to 80.3 percent statewide and 71.2 percent nationally)
- 87.8 percent for providing good service and value for cost (compared to 67.0 percent statewide and 62.7 percent nationally)
- 88.2 percent for communicating effectively with customers (compared to 66.2 percent statewide and 63.5 percent nationally)
- 87.1 percent overall satisfaction, far exceeding the national average of 70.3 percent nationally.
