Help us congratulate Brad Curtis and Zach Gardner were recently named Blue Ribbon Workforce Heroes by the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce!
The award honors individuals and companies in Faulkner County who have made a lasting impact on their company and community and who demonstrate strong potential to be industry leaders within the next decade.

In the newest issue of The Pulse of Conway, Brad and Zach were recognized for their contributions to Conway Corp and their dedication to the community.
Brad serves as operations system coordinator in Conway Corp’s Engineering & Planning Department. In his role, he helps support the systems and processes that allow Conway Corp teams to effectively plan, coordinate and carry out utility operations. His technical knowledge, attention to detail and ability to work across departments help ensure employees have the information and resources needed to provide reliable service to Conway Corp customers.
Zach serves as environmental coordinator in Conway Corp’s Water Department. In his role, he helps support Conway Corp’s environmental and regulatory responsibilities while working to protect the natural resources that are essential to the community. His work contributes to the safe and responsible operation of Conway Corp’s water and wastewater systems and reflects the company’s commitment to environmental stewardship. Brad and Zach were honored at the American Safeguard Insurance Blue Ribbon Workforce Awards presented by First Arkansas Bank & Trust.
