Conway, AR – Brett Taylor recently earned his Broadband Fiber Installation (BFI) certification from the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE) and was promoted to Telecom Installer Technician 3 in the company’s telecommunications department.
In his new role, he will take on advanced technical responsibilities within Conway Corp’s telecommunications network, supporting reliable broadband and voice services for residential and business customers. His promotion reflects continued growth, strong performance and a clear commitment to delivering exceptional service to Conway Corp customers.

Brett was hired at Conway Corp in March 2022 as a telecom installer trainee. He was promoted to telecom installer technician 1 in April 2023 and advanced to telecom installer technician 2 in February 2025.
