Help us congratulate Chad Sayers on his promotion to Telecom Installer Technician 3 following his successful completion of the Installer Technician 3 certification!
In his new role, Chad will oversee advanced installation projects, mentor newer technicians and continue providing customers with high-quality broadband and telecommunications services.
He has consistently demonstrated strong technical abilities, a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. His dedication to learning and growing within the department has made him a valuable member of the Telecom Installation team.
The Installer Technician 3 certification builds on the technical knowledge and hands-on experience required for advanced telecommunications installation work. By completing the program, Chad further strengthened his expertise in broadband installation, troubleshooting, customer service and industry best practices, preparing him to take on more complex installation projects and expanded responsibilities.

Chad joined Conway Corp as a telecom installer trainee in June 2023. He was promoted to Telecom Installer Technician 1 in July 2024, Telecom Installer Technician 2 in July 2025.
