Earnest’s dedication and expertise have been instrumental in supporting the company’s electric system operations and ensuring reliable service for the community.

In his new role, Earnest will take on expanded responsibilities in the design, maintenance, and improvement of Conway Corp’s electric infrastructure. His technical knowledge will play a key role in advancing the company’s mission to provide safe, reliable and innovative utility services.
He joined Conway Corp in May 2009 as an electric systems engineer intern and was promoted to Electric Systems Engineer in June 2010.
