Help us congratulate Ezra Wiley on his promotion to water treatment plant operator after successfully completing the company’s three-year plant operator apprenticeship program!
The apprenticeship program provides employees with hands-on experience and technical training to develop the knowledge and skills needed to safely and effectively operate a water treatment facility.
“Completing the three-year apprenticeship is a significant accomplishment and reflects Ezra’s commitment to learning and growing as an operator,” Conway Corp Water Plant Superintendent Daniel Lawrence said. “We are proud of the work he has put into developing his skills, and I look forward to seeing him continue to grow and contribute to our team.”
Ezra earned his Class IV Water Treatment certification from the Arkansas Department of Health in 2024, the top level of achievement for licensed water plant operators in the state.
Ezra began his Conway Corp career as a plant operator apprentice in August 2023.
