Help us congratulate Hayden Meeks on his promotion to wastewater treatment plant operator after successfully completing the company’s three-year wastewater treatment plant operator apprenticeship program!
The apprenticeship program provides employees with hands-on experience and technical training to develop the knowledge and skills needed to safely and effectively operate a wastewater treatment facility.
“We are proud of the work Hayden has put into developing his skills. Completing the apprenticeship is a big accomplishment,” Conway Corp Wastewater Plant Superintendent Kody Miller said. “I look forward to seeing him continue to grow and contribute to our team.”
Hayden began his Conway Corp career as a plant operator apprentice in August 2023.
