Help us congratulate Jason English on his recent promotion to headend engineer at Conway Corp!
In his new role, he will oversee the operation, maintenance and reliability of the company’s headend systems, helping ensure customers receive high-quality video and broadband services.
He will continue supporting the organization’s fiber network and video infrastructure while working to maintain the performance and stability of critical telecommunications systems.
“Jason is a very valuable part of the headend,” Conway Corp Headend Operations Supervisor Randy Lukas said. “Jason is always working on our fiber network and video system to make sure our customers get the best experience with our service.”
Jason has been a dedicated member of the Conway Corp team, consistently demonstrating technical expertise, a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing reliable service to customers. His promotion reflects his continued contributions to the company’s telecommunications operations.
Jason began his Conway Corp career as an installer trainee in April 2005. He advanced to installer in February 2006, installer technician in November 2006, service technician in May 2007 and system technician in December 2008. He became a headend technician in September 2010 and senior headend technician in October 2017. He also earned his CompTIA Network+ certification through the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE) in 2025, further strengthening his expertise in networking and telecommunications technologies.
