In his new role, he will oversee the administration, maintenance and support of Conway Corp.’s voice services infrastructure, helping ensure reliable communication services for residential and business customers. He will continue working to enhance the performance and reliability of the company’s voice systems while supporting new technologies and customer solutions.
Jeff is a valued member of the Conway Corp team, consistently demonstrating technical expertise, dependability and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to customers. His promotion reflects his continued professional growth and the significant contributions he has made to the company’s telecommunications operations.

Jeff began his Conway Corp career as an installer trainee in July 2008. He advanced to installer in August 2010, installer technician in September 2011, service technician in August 2012 and system technician in October 2013. He became a senior installer technician in October 2014 and transitioned to broadband and voice services technician in March 2019.
