Conway Corp recently announced Justin Moore was promoted to superintendent of Business Class Services in the Telecommunication Systems Department.
In his new role, Justin will oversee Conway Corp’s Business Class Services team and the installation, maintenance and support of telecommunications services for local businesses. He will provide leadership to the team while helping ensure Conway Corp’s business customers receive reliable connectivity, responsive technical support and solutions designed to meet their evolving telecommunications needs.
“Justin’s years of experience and technical knowledge make him a tremendous asset to our Business Class Services team,” Conway Corp Cable Telecommunication Systems Manager Tommy Nolen said. “He is committed to providing excellent service to our business customers, and I’m confident his leadership will continue to strengthen our team and the services we provide.”
Justin has been a valued member of the Conway Corp team for more than 18 years, gaining extensive hands-on and leadership experience throughout the company’s telecommunications operations. His promotion reflects his technical expertise, commitment to professional growth and dedication to providing exceptional service to Conway Corp customers.
Justin began his Conway Corp career as an installer trainee in March 2008. He completed training to become an installer in July 2010, installer technician in September 2011 and service technician in February 2013. He was promoted to business class services specialist in April 2018 and broadband transport specialist in December 2020. Moore was promoted to telecom business class services foreman in September 2021 and telecom business class services senior foreman in October 2023.
