Help us congratulate Kyle Freeman on his promotion to Telecom Construction Technician 2 within the cable telecommunications department, following his successful completion of the SCTE Broadband Wireless Specialist certification!
In his new role, Kyle will be responsible for on-call duties and gaining hands-on experience working with Passive Optical Network (PON) systems, a critical component of Conway Corp’s expanding telecommunications infrastructure.
“Kyle has been a valuable addition to the construction crew,” Conway Corp Telecom Construction Senior Foreman Ben Lawrence said. “We look forward to seeing him progress in his career and continue to grow his skills.”
Kyle began his career at Conway Corp in August 2024 as a Telecom Construction Technician Trainee before transitioning to the installer side. He was promoted to Telecom Installer Technician 1 in August 2025 before transferring back to construction earlier this year.
