Conway Corp recently announced the promotion of Matt Guyton to information systems administrator 1 in the Technology Department.
In his new role, Matt will continue providing technical support to Conway Corp employees while gradually taking on additional responsibilities related to the administration and maintenance of the company’s servers and information systems. His expanded role will help support the technology infrastructure essential to Conway Corp’s daily operations.

Matt has demonstrated a commitment to professional development, including completing a SCADA Systems Refresher course at the 2025 Survalent Conference. He independently pursued the training to expand his knowledge of the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system, which allows Conway Corp to monitor and control its electric distribution system in real time.
The course covered advanced system functionality, troubleshooting techniques and best practices for maintaining the system. The additional training strengthened Matt’s understanding of the technology that supports reliable electric service and helps crews respond to outages and system irregularities.
He began his career at Conway Corp as a technology support specialist 1 in May 2021.
