Conway Corp recently announced that Matthew Stephens has earned the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE) Business Class Services certification and has been promoted to Telecom Business Class Services Technician 1.
The SCTE Business Class Services certification is a nationally recognized achievement that demonstrates advanced knowledge in providing commercial telecommunication solutions, including internet, voice, and data services. Earning this certification marks a significant milestone in Stephens’ professional development and commitment to delivering reliable business-class services to Conway Corp customers.

Throughout his time with the company, he has steadily advanced, earning multiple promotions through hard work and dedication.
Matthew began his career with Conway Corp in August 2020 as an installer trainee. In September 2021, he entered the telecom installer technician program and quickly progressed through the ranks, becoming a telecom installer technician 1 in March 2022, technician 2 in September 2022, technician 3 in May 2023, and technician 4 in October 2024.
