Conway Corp has announced the promotion of Nicole Pizzolato to Customer Care Team Leader.
In her new role, Nicole will continue to provide quality and efficient customer service to Conway residents while also supervising the after-hours customer service team.
“Nicole brings enthusiasm and positivity to the call center every single day,” Customer Service Manager Jaylene Sexton said. “I know she will flourish in this position with not only the wealth of knowledge she possesses about our products and services but her dedication to exceeding our customers’ expectations.”
Nicole started at Conway Corp working part-time in the call center and was hired full-time in December 2012 as a dispatcher/customer care specialist.
