Help us congratulate Tracy Cargile on his promotion to field technician 2 in the Conway Corp engineering and planning department!
In his new role, Tracy heavily contributes to the investigation of the Automated Metering Infrastructure (AMI) system and resolution of meter issues, ensuring dependable service through timely maintenance and replacements. He leads water endpoint upgrade initiatives and leverages network diagnostic data to proactively support system reliability and Conway Corp’s commitment to innovation.
“Tracy exemplifies dedication and reliability, consistently meeting expectations while proactively stepping in to handle tasks without being asked,” Conway Corp Operations System Coordinator Brad Curtis said. “His nearly 22 years of service and experience across multiple departments make him a tremendous asset to the AMI team.”
Tracy joined Conway Corp in March 2004 as a meter reader. He was promoted to serviceman in August 2009 and transferred to groundman/helper 2 in October 2018. In 2022, he was promoted to field technician 1.
