Help us congratulate Tyler Pierce on his promotion to Utility Worker in the water department!
In this role, he will assist in maintaining and repairing the city’s water systems, ensuring reliable and efficient service for the community.
Utility workers play a vital role in the daily operations of the city’s essential services. Their responsibilities include installing and repairing water lines, responding to service requests, conducting inspections, and maintaining infrastructure to provide clean, safe and dependable water services to residents and businesses.
Tyler also earned his Class IV Water Distribution certification from the Arkansas Department of Health last year, the top level of achievement for licensed water distributors in the state.
“Tyler has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic and commitment to serving our community,” Conway Corp Water Systems Senior Foreman Chad Hogan said. “His promotion to Utility Worker is well-earned, and we’re excited to see him continue to grow in this role.”
Tyler was hired as a Utility Worker Apprentice in January 2022.
