Conway Corp has announced the promotion of Zach Gardner to Environmental Coordinator in the company’s water department.
In his new role, Zach will oversee environmental compliance and monitoring programs, coordinate with state and federal regulatory agencies and support initiatives that protect Conway’s water quality and natural resources. As Environmental Coordinator, he will help ensure Conway Corp meets and exceeds environmental standards related to water treatment, wastewater management and source water protection — all key components of the company’s mission to provide safe, reliable and high-quality utility services to the community.
“Zach has quickly proven himself to be a dedicated and capable member of our team,” Conway Corp Water Systems Manager Lee Tedford said. “He brings a strong work ethic and attention to detail to every task, and we’re excited to see him take on this new role as we continue to focus on sustainability and environmental stewardship.”
Zach joined Conway Corp in September 2023 as a Damage Prevention Technician.
