Conway Corp Chief Marketing Officer Crystal Kemp has been named President of the 2025 – 2026 Arkansas Women in Power (AWIP) Board.
Crystal served as AWIP Vice President last year and according to AWIP bylaws, the vice president, immediately following the conclusion serving in that role will become president.
“I am honored to be part of the leadership team for the Arkansas Women in Power organization. I have been a member of AWIP since its founding in 2013 and having the opportunity to learn from and support women in the energy industry has been so important in my career. I’m happy to serve and support its mission of supporting women in Arkansas’ energy industry.”
She has been recognized in her local community for her work mentoring youth, especially young women – serving as a Girl Scout troop leader for 18 years, more than 20 years as a volunteer with the Conway Area Youth Leadership Institute and as a Circle of Influence leader for the University of Central Arkansas Women’s Leadership Network.
She graduated from Arkansas College (now Lyon College) with a degree in Media Arts. Following graduation, she worked for the Forrest City and Conway Area Chambers of Commerce before joining Conway Corp.
Crystal began her career with Conway Corp in 2000 as Marketing/Communications Coordinator and was promoted to Marketing and Public Relations Manager in 2010. She was promoted to her current role in 2018.
