We’ve come a long way since we began operating Conway’s electric light plant in 1929, and we owe much of our success to our employees – the men and women who proudly serve this community 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
This month, Conway Corp would like to recognize Water Systems Foreman Darren Frost who is celebrating 40 years of service to the company and the community.
Darren was hired in 1983 as a utility worker in the water department and was promoted to foreman in 2005.
“Darren is always ready for the next job and overcoming daily challenges,” Water Systems Manager Lee Tedford said. “He oversees the main break crew and does an excellent job repairing the leaks and keeping the outage as short as possible. In his 40-year career, he has shown to be a great asset to the community, and I appreciate Darren’s hard work and commitment to the water system.”
