Eleise exemplifies these qualities through her dedication, innovative thinking and relentless pursuit of excellence.

Eleise, a 16-year Conway Corp veteran, has contributed significantly to the company’s mission of delivering exceptional service while fostering a strong sense of community. In her current role, she leads the business solutions team. Her commitment to making a difference extends beyond her professional role, as she also volunteers her talents in local initiatives like serving on the Conway Public School Foundation Board.

She joined Conway Corp in 2008 as a customer care specialist and was promoted to commercial sales account executive in 2012. In 2018, she was promoted to business solutions sales engineer working with departments across the company to build hosted voice and fiber business. In November 2023, she was promoted to her current role.
