Congratulations to Mike Clements on his recent promotion to Telecommunication Systems Senior Designer in the engineering department!
In his new position, Mike will be responsible for the design of extensions and modifications to the telecommunications system, along with maintaining the fiber splice documentation for the system. He will also manage all contractors performing work to the telecom outside plant.

Mike started his career at Conway Corp in 1994 as a utility worker apprentice in the water department before transferring to the cable department in 1999. He moved to the engineering department in 2014 and was most recently a telecommunication systems designer.
