We’ve come a long way since we began operating Conway’s electric light plant in 1929, and we owe much of our success to our employees – the men and women who proudly serve this community 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
This month, Conway Corp would like to recognize Frank Fason who is celebrating 25 years with the company. Frank was hired June 1992 as a laborer and was promoted to utility worker in 1994. In October 2005, he was promoted to water systems technician.
In July 2010, he was promoted to his current position as a senior foreman in the water department. As a senior foreman, Frank oversees and coordinates a crew dedicated to cleaning, repairing and installing all aspects of Conway’s water and wastewater system.
In addition to Frank, four other employees are celebrating milestone anniversaries with Conway Corp. Water Department Senior Foreman Mike Credit is celebrating 40 years of service; Chief Operating Officer Tommy Shackelford is celebrating 39 years of service; Water Systems Designer Keith Cates is celebrating 28 year of service and Electric Systems Senior Engineer Dale Gottsponer is celebrating 28 years of service this month.
