Up to six email accounts are included with Conway Corp’s internet service. All speeds are listed as “best effort” and are not guaranteed.
Residential internet service requires an active Conway Corp broadband cable line to your residence. Residential service requires a minimum of a Docsis 3.0 cable/4 channel modem for the Basic internet package, and a Docsis 3.0 /8 channel modem for Broadband 25 and 50 and a 16-channel Docsis 3.0 to receive Broadband 100 services. These modems may be leased or purchased from Conway Corp or provided by customer. A 32 channel modem is required for the 1 Gig package and will be provided by Conway Corp.
Operating System: Windows XP/VISTA/7/10/11 or Macintosh OS 10.4 or greater
Hardware: Properly installed and configured 10/100/1000 Mb Ethernet Adapter Card. These are available from all local computer stores as well as through mail order.

The following will function with Conway Corp internet, however they will reduce or eliminate Conway Corp’s ability to provide support. • A non-Microsoft based operating system • Routers, switches and hubs • A software or hardware based proxy or firewall server • Cable splitters
Conway Corp also has modems available for one-time purchase.
If you subscribe to cable television and own your own modem you may call in the modem information. If this fails and you do not get online, you will need to schedule for the next available appointment and you may be charged an installation fee.
Managed Wifi Rate includes up to two Plume units. Each additional unit requried will be $3 per month.
FAQs
Conway Corp does not provide technical support for personal wireless routers, but you can use wireless routers to set up a wireless network with Conway Corp internet. If you would like support for your home wireless, please reach out to us about our Managed Wifi product.
