Conway Corp is dedicated to exceeding customers’ expectations through the exceptional work of its employees and recognizes employees annually for their individual dedication to the mission of the company.
This year, Customer Service Specialist Jennifer Brannon was honored with the company’s Customer Service Award. Jennifer was nominated by her fellow co-workers for being dedicated to improving customer satisfaction and consistently striving to exceed customer expectations internally and externally.
One nomination for her said: “Jennifer not only helps customers but takes ownership of any customer inquiry from start to finish. She regularly goes above and beyond, following up with customers after their appointments as well as answering any additional questions.”
She was also nominated for keeping kindness and patience at the forefront of all her interactions.
“Her goal is to always show kindness no matter the situation,” Conway Corp Customer Service Manager Jaylene Sexton said. “She applies this philosophy every day at Conway Corp and continually looks to improve herself and her team.”
Jennifer started at Conway Corp in April 2021.
