Congratulations to Customer Care Specialist 2 Kelly Johnston in our Customer Service Department!
Kelly recently earned the Master Account and Sales Rep Certifications from NCTI, the preeminent training organization for broadband and wireless professionals.
These certifications required the completion of multiple courses and exams focused on improving the customer service skills used daily when interacting with customers and co-workers. Kelly completed more than 21 hours of NCTI coursework on topics including customer service, cable service and troubleshooting lessons.
“Our customer service team is committed to serving our customers with excellence,” Conway Corp Call Center Supervisor Lesia White said. “We are extremely lucky to have such a dedicated customer care specialist in Kelly. Her steadfast efforts to complete the coursework and gain the additional knowledge and skills required to achieve these certifications speak to her tenacity as a team member. We are grateful for her daily contributions and look forward to her continued growth.”
Kelly began her career at Conway Corp as a customer care specialist in July 2004 and was promoted to customer care team leader in May 2007. She was promoted to her current position in February 2023.
