Help us congratulate Call Center Supervisor Lesia White, who was recently honored with the Master Performance award in the Outstanding Leadership category during the 2024 Mid-America Cable Telecommunications Association Customer Service Excellence awards webinar last month!
“The consistent focus Lesia has for her team to do more than the customer requests raises the bar for each customer interaction,” Conway Corp Customer Service Manager Jaylene Sexton said. “She consistently views the big picture for the company, team and customers. She makes decisions that impact all in positive ways. She is a great example of the work ethic and behaviors a leader should possess.”
Conway Corp CEO Bret Carroll agreed.
“Customer Satisfaction is one of our core values and all of our employees strive hard every day to meet the high standard that we set for ourselves,” Carroll said. “I’m especially proud of Lesia because she sets the tone for our call center and is one of the main reasons our customers go out of their way to let us know when we have exceeded their expectations. She deserves this award from MACTA.”
Lesia started her career part-time at Conway Corp as a customer care specialist before becoming full-time in June 2012. She was promoted to lead customer care specialist in December 2012. She was promoted to her current role in March 2014.
