We’ve come a long way since we began operating Conway’s electric light plant in 1929, and we owe much of our success to our employees – the men and women who proudly serve this community 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
This month, Conway Corp would like to recognize Randy Lukas who is celebrating 25 years of service to the company and the community.
Randy was hired in October 1996 as a Headend Technician. He was promoted to Headend Engineer in 2007.
In March 2016, Randy was promoted to his current position Manager, Headend Operations in the Technology division. As the department’s manager, Randy oversees the facility that receives television signals for processing and distribution over the cable system.
