Help us celebrate Marty Pratt on his 25th anniversary at Conway Corp!
Marty was hired in May 2000 as a Utility Worker Apprentice and has dedicated the last 25 years to serving the Conway community through Conway Corp’s water department. Over the years, he’s worked his way up — from Operator Apprentice to Utility Worker, then Senior Utility Worker, and now serves as Foreman of Water Systems, a role he’s held since 2022.
Conway Corp Water Systems Senior Foreman Chad Hogan said Marty’s leadership and experience have made a lasting impact on his team and the city’s water infrastructure.
“Over the years, Marty has proven himself to be dependable and a true team player. He takes pride in what he does and his knowledge and experience have been a huge asset to our department and the entire Conway Corp family.”
