Conway Corp Business Solutions Manager Eleise Myers has been named to the 2026–2027 Arkansas Women in Power Board. She will serve as the organization’s secretary.
Arkansas Women in Power is dedicated to supporting and advancing women in Arkansas’ energy industry through leadership development, education and networking opportunities. Board members help guide the organization’s mission and support programs that encourage professional growth across the industry.
“I’m excited to serve as Arkansas Women in Power’s secretary in 2026,” Eleise said. “When women in the energy industry share experience, make introductions and mentor one another, it changes careers -and I’m proud to help AWIP bring more of that to Arkansas.”
“Eleise’s leadership extends well beyond Conway Corp and reflects her commitment to service and the future of our industry,” Conway Corp Chief Marketing Officer Crystal Kemp said. “We’re proud to see her elected to the Arkansas Women in Power Board of Directors and excited to see the impact she will have.”
Eleise joined Conway Corp in 2008 as a customer care specialist in the call center. In 2012, she was promoted to commercial sales account executive, where she helped grow Conway Corp’s commercial voice and internet business. In 2018, she became a business solutions sales engineer, collaborating across departments to build the company’s hosted voice and fiber business. She was promoted to her current role in November 2023.
Congratulations, Eleise!
