Help us congratulate Conway Corp Plant Operator Apprentices Sean Oates and Nate Tarkington on earning their Class 1 Wastewater Treatment certifications from the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality!
The requirements of this license include completing the approved training course and passing the Class 1 exam.
“Sean and Nate have shown great initiative and an exceptional ability to learn by meeting this goal, Conway Corp Water Systems Manager Lee Tedford said. “This is a great first step in their careers in wastewater treatment and I look forward to seeing them grow toward the next.”
Sean began his career in December 2024.
Nate began his career at Conway Corp in November 2024.
