Help us congratulate Plant Operator Apprentice Ezra Wiley, who recently earned his Class IV Water Treatment certification from the Arkansas Department of Health.
Obtaining this certification is the top level of achievement for licensed water plant operators in the state.
The requirements for Class IV Water Treatment certification include 96 hours of classroom training and passing the examination.
“Ezra is new to the team but has shown great initiative in learning and understanding all the different aspects of the water treatment plant,” Water Systems Manager Lee Tedford said. “I am proud of him for passing his exam and look forward to watching him continue to grow in his role.”
Ezra began his career with Conway Corp in August 2023.
