1. Tap on Settings.
2. Tap on Passwords & Accounts.
3. Tap on Add Account. Click Other at the bottom of the list of mail services.
4. Tap on Add Mail Account.
5. On the New Account screen complete the following information:

• ​​​Your name
• Complete email address
• Password
• Description of your account to differentiate among other email addresses you may have set up on your iPhone. Tap Next in the top right corner.

6. On the New Account screen complete the following information:

• For incoming mail server and outgoing mail server:
  • Type mail.conwaycorp.net in Host Name
  • Type complete email address in User Name
  • Enter Password

7. Tap Next in the top right corner​

 

To set up a Calendar

1. Tap on Settings.
2. Tap on Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
3. Tap on Add Account. Click Other at the bottom of the list of mail services.
4. Tap on Add CalDAV Account.
5. On the CalDAV screen, enter:
   • Server:                 mail.conwaycorp.net
   • Username:         username@conwaycorp.net
   • Password:           ***mail password***
   • Description:        mail.conwaycorp.net
6. On the next screen, turn “Calendars” to ON.  The customer will be prompted to keep their local iPhone calendar or delete it based on their preference.
7. Click SAVE.

 

To set up Contacts

1. Tap on Settings.
2. Tap on Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
3. Tap on Add Account. Click Other at the bottom of the list of mail services.
4. Tap on Add CardDAV Account.
5. On the CardDAV screen, enter:
   • Server:                 mail.conwaycorp.net
   • Username:         username@conwaycorp.net
   • Password:           ***mail password***
   • Description:        mail.conwaycorp.net
6. The customer will be prompted to keep their local iPhone contacts or delete them based on their preference.
7. The contacts should now be added.
