Human Resources Specialist DeAnna Smith has successfully completed the training and examination necessary to earn the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
The PHR certification is for professionals with experience in implementing programs with logistical orientation and emphasizes operational responsibilities for the company’s Human Resources department.
“I’m proud of DeAnna and this accomplishment,” Human Resources Director Jim Clark said. “It signifies a dedication to the Human Resources profession and a commitment to provide support and guidance to Conway Corp’s most valuable asset, our employees.”
DeAnna was hired in 2009 as a part-time employee in the Human Resources department and has been in her current role since 2019.
