- Brent Garren was promoted from Lead Telecommunications Maintenance Technician to Senior Foreman, Telecom Maintenance
- Ben Lawrence was promoted from Foreman to Senior Foreman, Telecom Construction
- Justin Moore was promoted from Foreman to Senior Foreman, Telecom Business Class Services

Brent Brown started at Conway Corp in 2004. Brent Garren and Justin were both hired in 2008. Lawrence began in 2010.
