Help us congratulate Lane Cullum on his recent promotion to Plant Maintenance Worker at the Tupelo Bayou Wastewater Treatment Plant!
In his new position. Lane will be responsible for the operation of the plant and maintaining equipment pivotal to the treatment of wastewater.
Water Systems Manager Lee Tedford said Lane has proven himself to be a great asset to the company.
“He gained valuable knowledge of the distribution/collection system as a plant operator and then a utility worker,” he said.
“When the plant maintenance worker position opened, he applied, hoping his mechanical skills could be utilized to help benefit the wastewater treatment plant. I look forward to watching him grow in his new position.”
Lane started at Conway Corp as a wastewater plant operator apprentice in January 2022.
