Help us congratulate Aidan Casey on his recent promotion to Plant Operator in the water department! 🎉🎉🎉
Aidan recently earned his Class IV Water Treatment certification from the Arkansas Department of Health – the top level of achievement for licensed water plant operators in the state.
“Aidan continues to provide knowledgeable assistance to the Roger Q Mills Water Treatment Plant group,” Water Plant Superintendent Daniel Lawrence said. “Through his ability to handle odd shift duties and quickly learn essential plant requirements, he continues to prove himself to be a valuable operator.”
Aidan began his career with Conway Corp in October 2020. He was hired as a utility worker apprentice and most recently transferred to the plant operator apprentice role in December 2022.
